Sirtris is focused on discovering and developing proprietary, small molecule drugs with the potential to treat diseases associated with aging, such as chronic disorders involving metabolic and inflammatory dysfunction and neurodegeneration. Our research focus is on modulating the sirtuins, a recently discovered class of enzymes involved in the aging process.
